Delivery and Returns

We ship worldwide with Jersey Post and aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Delivery costs vary and are calculated at the till.
Delivery is FREE on orders over £15.
Orders £15 and under will be charged at a flat rate of £1.
The option to include a Signature on Delivery will be given at the till for an extra £1.
UK, Isle of Man and Guernsey Deliveries
Delivery is FREE on orders over £15 (excl VAT, if applicable).
Orders £15 and under (excl VAT, if applicable) will be charged at a flat rate of £3.50.
The option to include a Signature on Delivery will be given at the till for an extra £2.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £50. Orders of £50 and under will be charged at a flat rate of £7.
Rest of the World Deliveries
Orders are sent with Jersey Post's Signed For service.
Delivery is FREE on orders over £70. Orders of £70 and under will be charged at a flat rate of £10.
Customs and Import Charges
Té Amor is based in Jersey, Channel Islands. All deliveries made to the UK are subject to VAT, as required by HMRC, although tea is exempt. Any VAT incurred will be calculated at the till and paid directly to HMRC for you. This avoids any unnecessary delays at customs and associated administration fees charged.

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges that may be incurred.
You can cancel a contract to buy with us for any reason by sending a ‘Cancellation Notice’ to firstname.lastname@example.org up to 7 working days from the day after we receive your order.
The costs of returning goods is your responsibility, unless the products are faulty or incorrectly supplied – please see the section below for more information.
Products must be returned to Té Amor, Ardoe, La Route de Noirmont, St Brelade, Jersey, Channel Islands JE3 8AJ. The returned products must be received by us within 21 days of sending the Cancellation Notice email.
Please enclose contact information with the return and mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any potential charges at customs, which would be the responsibility of the customer.
It is your duty to take good care of all products which are to be returned to us. You must send the products at your own risk, ensuring that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage, otherwise you could be liable to Té Amor for any reduction in value of the products.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by us and we’d advise use of an insured delivery service.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, with seals and packaging intact. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened packets of tea.
Assuming the above conditions are met, Té Amor will reimburse the price of the returned products (excluding delivery costs) within the period of 30 days from receipt of the Cancellation Notice.
